About Paul Vavrinchik
Paul Vavrinchik, a retired professional, has more than 40 years of expertise in customer service in a variety of sectors, including marketing, advertising, health care communication, and financial services. Throughout his career, Paul excelled in leading teams, collaborating with people, and conducting independent research.
Paul spent five years as a Client Services Executive at Laven Fuller & Perkins Advertising in Chicago before moving on to his next role. Paul earned his BA in Advertising/Marketing from Columbia College in Chicago while working as a Senior Account Executive at Unti Joyce & Siegel Advertising. He then worked as Client Services Manager at Gustafson/Shields Advertising for eight years.
The next position for Paul Vavrinchik involved a move to Evanston, Illinois. He managed client services for Rynne Marketing Group’s Healthcare Marketing Communications division. Paul worked in this position for six years, interacting with clients and supporting C-suite executives in the planning, organizing, and implementing of specialized healthcare communication initiatives and ad campaigns. Paul was an active frontman throughout the project’s life cycle. He supervised and led the creative team, media director, and suppliers to ensure that deliverables adhered to the plan. Furthermore, Paul confirmed that initiatives were maintained within cost constraints, timeframes, and branding standards.
As the Meeting Database Institute’s Account Manager for Client Services, Paul Vavrinchik diligently researched, identified and proactively contacted new business prospects to meet projected goals for the company’s hospitality & tourism clientele.
Paul also worked as a Client Associate with U.S. Bancorp Investments in the Chicago metropolitan area for more than ten years. Throughout his tenure at the company, Paul was in charge of helping his colleagues with operations, management, and direct customer support. Paul also supported the team’s efforts to create new business relationships with both past and present clients and, where needed, provided operational training for fresh hires.
Although Paul Vavrinchik has an impressive 25-year career in marketing and advertising, his passion has always been in client support and team collaboration. Paul made a name for himself with his seamless problem-solving techniques, building rapport with clients, and driving business as a result.
Paul’s innate desire to help and service others is still very much in his focus. Paul currently seeks to transition his skills into a volunteer or part-time role in such areas as hospice, skilled nursing or related professional health care settings where there is a need for compassion and for lending a helping hand for the betterment of others. Paul has most recently provided caregiving for family members, and in his early years, worked part-time in a hospital ER where he interacted with patients & assisted with their admittance.
Additionally, Paul has a history of volunteer work, including organizing community events and supporting local charities. His ability to connect with people from all walks of life and his dedication to making a positive impact have always been at the core of his professional and personal endeavors. Paul’s extensive experience in various client-facing roles has equipped him with a deep understanding of the importance of empathy, active listening, and effective communication. These skills will undoubtedly serve him well as he looks to contribute to healthcare settings where compassion and support are paramount.
